Punch Up Your Wraps
Choose your filling, stir in mayo and Saunders Jelly, add shredded and chopped veggies for crunch.
Makes: Filling for 4 wraps
- ½ cup Saunders Cranberry Jalapeno, Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly, Peppered Raspberry, Peppered Blackberry or Spicy Sour Cherry Jelly
- ¼ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 cup diced protein such as, chicken, salmon, tuna, hardboiled egg, crumbled tofu, etc.
- 1 cup mix of veggies on hand, such as shredded carrot, chopped green onion, chopped celery, chopped pickle, Shredded lettuce or cabbage, etc.
- Combine Jelly, mayonnaise or salad dressing and protein. Divide between 4 wraps, top with veggies and wrap firmly. Slice just before serving.
