Punch Up Your Wraps

Choose your filling, stir in mayo and Saunders Jelly, add shredded and chopped veggies for crunch.

Makes: Filling for 4 wraps

  • ½ cup    Saunders Cranberry Jalapeno, Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly, Peppered Raspberry, Peppered Blackberry or Spicy Sour Cherry Jelly
  • ¼ cup    mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 cup     diced protein such as, chicken,  salmon, tuna, hardboiled egg, crumbled tofu, etc.
  • 1 cup     mix of veggies on hand, such as shredded carrot, chopped green onion, chopped celery, chopped pickle, Shredded lettuce or cabbage, etc.
  1. Combine Jelly, mayonnaise or salad dressing and protein.  Divide between 4 wraps, top with veggies and wrap firmly.  Slice just before serving.
