For 1 Big Smoothie

  • 2-3 Tbsp     Saunders Fruit Jam
  • 1 cup          milk
  • 1 cup          fresh, canned or frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, peaches)
  1. Place into a blender, whir.  Repeat as necessary!
