Sweet and Zesty Sauce

(Saunders Spicy Sour Cherry, Raspberry Pepper, Blackberry Pepper or Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly)

Decrease the heat and use ketchup or BBQ sauce instead of chili sauce, choose your favourite Saunders jelly, we like Spicy Sour Cherry, and enjoy a flavourful dipper for any savoury treat, chicken fingers, cheese poppers, shrimp, meatballs and more!  Serve sauce warmed.

Makes: 2 Cups of Sauce


  • 1 cup     Saunders Spicy Sour Cherry, Raspberry Pepper, Blackberry Pepper or Pineapple Jalapeno Jelly
  • 1 cup     chili sauce or Ketchup
  •  Sesame seeds to garnish, optional
  1. Whisk sauce and jelly in a saucepan over medium heat until combined and warm.
  2. Pour into a heat proof dipping bowl.
  3. Surround by dippers on toothpicks or provide individual small fondue forks.
