Tahini Sauce

Saunders flavourful Jellies meet Tahini for a wonderful falafel topper, veggie dip, a creamy salad dressing and any where else your tastebuds take you.

Makes:  1 cup sauce


  • ½ cup    Saunders Jelly (Raspberry Pepper, Blackberry Pepper, Cranberry Jalapeno, Pineapple Jalapeno or Spicy Sour Cherry)
  • ½ cup    prepared tahini
  • ¼ cup    fruit juice (apple, peach)
  • 1-2         crushed cloves garlic
  • 4-6         drops hot pepper sauce (Tabasco), if desired
  1. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. Spoon over falafel pitas, use as a dip, dressing or try over pasta with chickpeas, green onion & red pepper!
